Satay Hot Pot

Add a little salt as well, not too much of it. Mix the seasonings with the tomato and pour it over the noodles. Add the chicken stock. Now, all you have to do is cook everything well. Fry the remaining ingredients: the blue ginger, the hot chili and the lemongrass , the prawns, the beef and the squid. Place them in the casserole. Only then should you add the Chinese leaf and, of course, the remaining Tong Choi vegetable. Cook for another 3 minutes or so. Not too much, in any case. Add the fish sauce when you serve.
